How long is my subscription valid for?
Choose the option that suits you best: go for the free version, a one-off purchase, or the benefits of an annual subscription.
Can I change my subscription plan?
With our standard packages, you can switch your account to a different plan. If you switch to a different package, you’ll have immediate access to the new features. No refund will be issued if you downgrade. Would you like to switch to a fully customised app? Please get in touch with us. We’d be happy to assist you personally with setting up the configuration.
How can I pay?
Pay securely with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the period, ensuring you always stay connected online without any hassle. For Pro and Premium, we operate on the basis of a quotation and annual invoicing as standard. This ensures your accounts are in order straight away.
Can my account be permanently deleted?
After 12 months, your account and all associated data will be deleted. Would you prefer to have your account permanently deleted straight away? No problem – just let us know and we’ll sort it out for you.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Would you like to cancel your subscription? Please email info@appit.be at least one month before your subscription is due to renew. We will process the cancellation and let you know when it has been finalised. If a payment fails or is cancelled, your account will be automatically blocked. As soon as you resume payments, you will regain access to all your data.
