Personal contact between travellers and tour guides/admins via the app. Messages are protected from other travellers.
Labels & Scan QR-Code
Labels offer the possibility of linking specific information to specific participants in a single travel programme. Everyone sees the info that matters to them. Based on labels, you can create lists to which you link travellers. Travellers then obtain a unique QR code in the app. Afterwards, guides scan these codes (also via the app) to register presences. Useful for bus transfers, for example.
Registration tool
Create registration forms via a handy online builder. Ready? Then you get a specific web link to the form (personalised). People fill in info after which all registrations are saved. An Excel list can be generated from this.

Frequently asked questions
How long will my subscription last?
You can choose between a free or one-off version and an annual subscription with corresponding terms and conditions. To activate a subscription, you need a credit card.
Can I change subscription packages?
You can change your subscription at any time to one of the other formulas we offer (downgrade does not entitle you to a refund). If you want to switch to Appit Premium (= personalised app), you need to contact us. Please visit our contact page to do so.
How can I pay?
Payment is by credit card (Visa/MasterCard or American Express). Payment is automatically renewed at the end of the period according to the chosen formula. (Also possible via invoices) If you opt for a Premium subscription, we work with annual invoices as standard.
Can my account be permanently deleted?
After 12 months without payment, the account and all associated data are automatically deleted.
If required, we can also permanently delete your account.
How can I stop my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please send an e-mail to info@appit.be. One of our staff will stop your account and then notify you. Stopping (or failing) a payment automatically results in the account being blocked. Upon renewed payment, the account will be reopened for use.
